Trade Terms of SaleDiscount to schools and libraries: 20% plus postage and handling. To booksellers: 50% (40% on Where to Eat in Canada) on orders for four or more units of the same or assorted titles (20% on orders for fewer than four) plus postage and handling.Payment: 30 days net plus 1.5% a month thereafter. Short shipments must be reported within 30 days. Returns: any book received by a customer on a standing order may be returned for credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. Any book received by a customer in damaged condition may be returned for exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. Any book found by a customer to be defective may be returned for exchange at any time. Any unsold copies of Where to Eat in Canada may be exchanged (by booksellers only) for copies of the next edition within 30 days of its publication. All other sales are final.
